Mohammed Al-Hardan is currently the Head of Technology, Media and Telcom Investments for QIA globally. In his current role Mohammed is responsible for investments across Software & Services, Internet & Media and the Semiconductor, Hardware, and Communications sectors. Since joining QIA in 2009 Mohammed worked and held various roles across the direct and indirect investment teams which included the Funds Investment Department and the Infrastructure Investments Department. Mohammed currently represents QIA on the board of Viacom18, North Road, Es’hailSat, Qatar National Broadband Network (QNBN), Gulf Bridge International (GBI), Malomatia, and the Qatar Algeria Investment Company (QAIC). Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University with a focus on Finance, Entrepreneurship & Strategy. He is also a CFA charter holder.
